This is a 3 Tier Wedding Cake I made in January of 2018 for a Gorgeous reception in Sugar City, Idaho. This is made in a Chocolate Fudge Cake for the bottom two tiers. The bottom tier being filled with an Andes Mint Fudge filling and the middle tier filled with a Cookies N Cream filling. The top tier is a Vanilla Cake with a Turtle (Salted Caramel & Fudge) filling. The entire Cake is frosted in a “textured” Buttercream to give the appearance of an Aspen Tree. I enjoyed getting to arrange the beautiful Greenery & Fresh Flowers for this Cake.
