This is a Stunning 3 Tier Wedding Cake I made in June of 2019 for a Gorgeous reception at The Healing Sanctuary in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The Cake is made in a top tier of Chocolate Fudge Cake with an Andes Mint Fudge filling. The middle tier is made of Lemon Cake with a Raspberry filling, and the bottom tier is made of White Chocolate Marble Cake with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge filling. The Cake is all frosted in Buttercream and covered in Marshmallow Fondant; with some Gold Flecking, and Fondant molded Gold Scallop touches around the base. I also arranged the Feathers and Silk Flowers for this Cake. This was the PERFECT Cake to capture the “Jazz Age” of the 1920’s and the “Great Gatsby” feel at this Wedding Reception, while still keeping the colors “Popping”.
