This is an Anti-Gravity “Over The Hill” Birthday Cake I made for a client in February of 2019. This Cake is made in a Lemon Cake with a Raspberry filling for the bottom tier. Then a Yellow Cake with a Golden OREO Buttercream filling for the top tier. The entire Cake is frosted in Buttercream and covered in Marshmallow Fondant. Printed Edible images were used for the AARP Card and other labels. This was made to celebrate a 40th Birthday. I do not consider 40 to be old …so it was a FUN Cake for this Party.
