I baked something NEW in my kitchen on Saturday. It turned out so AMAZING I just had to share!!! I made my Sweetheart this Italian Sour Cream Cake with a Mascarpone Lemon Mousse filling topped with Fresh Blueberries & Lemon Slices for Father’s Day. It was the PERFECT combination of …texture …flavorful …lemony dessert for Summer. We loved it!!! I will start offering this Cake for sale beginning this Summer. It would make a perfect dessert for a Birthday or Summer Wedding. Update: I have made several of these since the first one …so I had to add some more pictures. This is such a Delicious & Beautiful Cake.
