This is a 3 Tier Wedding Cake I made in December of 2018 for a Gorgeous reception at Lakeside Lodge & Resort in Island Park, Idaho. The cake is Vanilla with Raspberry filling on the bottom tier, a Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake with Oreo Cookie Fudge filling for the middle tier and then a Strawberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting filling for the top tier. It is decorated in a “Messy” Buttercream style with Cypress Pine Branches, Sugared Cranberries, Roses and other Fresh Floral above and between the floating tiers.
