I cannot say enough about how much I LOVE getting to make and deliver Birthday Cakes to students at BYU-Idaho!!! It is so much FUN watching their faces light up when they receive a cake that a loved one from HOME has ordered for them. They are always SO excited and very gracious to me for making it for them. I LOVE the BYU-Idaho students. I also have started taking a picture of the student with their cake when I deliver it and then sending the picture to their Parents, Aunt, Grandma; whomever it was that ordered the cake for them. Then they can be a part of their celebration that day even though they are apart. It is CRAZY how FUN Cake is …it brings people TOGETHER …it expresses LOVE across MILES, Congratulations for achievements …and Celebration for ALL occasions. I get to be a part of it ALL!!! What an AWESOME job I get to do. I am so blessed. This Special Birthday Cake was made in a Chocolate Fudge Cake with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge filling. All decorated in Vanilla Buttercream.
