White Winter Wedding Cake with a “Textured” Lined Buttercream

This is a 3 Tier Wedding Cake I made in December of 2019 for a Beautiful reception in Rexburg, Idaho. The top tier of the Cake is made in a Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Cake with a Buttercream filling. The two bottom tiers of the Cake are made in a “Regular flour” Chocolate Fudge Cake with a Turtle (Salted Caramel & Fudge) filling. The Cake is all frosted in a fluted or “Lined” Buttercream texture with Fresh Flowers.
