This is an Elegant 3 TierWedding Cake I made in May of 2017 for a Breathtaking reception at the River Rim Ranch Lodge in Tetonia, Idaho. This cake is made in all Chocolate Fudge Cake with an Oreo Cookie & Andes Mint Fudge filling. It was then frosted in Buttercream and covered in Ivory colored Fondant “Smooth” Ruffles. I also arranged and placed on the Greenery & Fresh Flowers.
