This is a 3 Tier Wedding Cake I made in January of 2018 for a Lovely reception at The Rose Shop in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This Cake is made entirely of Spice Cake with a Cream Cheese Frosting filling. It is “lightly” frosted in a Semi-Naked Buttercream style with some Fresh Pine Branches and Cinnamon Sticks for decoration. I love the touch of edible glitter that made the Buttercream “Sparkle”.
